Let me ask you a question…

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? I mean… That negative feeling you have inside you… You can’t do anything, the world is coming to an end, blah blah…

Are you sick of having that negative feeling? Then listen up and follow to the end and this might help you create a better day for yourself!

Hi, I’m Eva Hyllestad for those of you who don’t know me, and today is Monday, and I wanted to come in and give you some motivation that might help you smile a little bit more and feel a little bit more joy, feel a little bit better about yourself.

So, in the world today and how it has been over the past year or so, it’s been a lot of negativity around us and we have had a lot of restrictions. There has been a lot of things we couldn’t do, and we just feel now “I want to do this, I can’t wait for the world to become normal again”, and we are focusing on all of our limitations, all the negative stuff that is coming through to us, through the social media, through television, through radio, through newspapers, etc., etc.

Now, here’s the thing…

It’s a law – and follow me on this – there’s a law called the law of polarity, and that means that you have the bad and the polarity too bad is good.

So, think about this as an opportunity for every single thing that you find bad in your world today.

For instance, you have restrictions… you can’t do much in your social area, or your that area you live in, you can’t visit your friends, you can’t do this you can’t… The list goes on and on about the things you can’t do due to the restrictions.

Now, I want you to sit down and forget about that forget about all those things you can’t do. Put on some nice music, something that will give you some joy inside, that makes you feel good, and then think: “What CAN I do? What opportunities do I have within the limitations? Can I call a friend? Can I send out some flowers to someone? Can I send flowers to myself even? Can I create something really good to eat today for dinner? Can I put on some music all day and just dance and feel the joy of movement?”

Think about those things you can actually do something about, that makes you smile, that makes you feel good inside.

Because here’s the thing… YOU are in charge of your own life! YOU are in charge of how you feel, how you doing, etc., etc.
