A winner meditate

I’ve learned about something called the “hour of power.”

For me this means, every morning I wake up and I spend 60 minutes doing three things, broken up into 20-minute sessions:

πŸ“– 20 minutes of reading/listen to audio
πŸ’ͺ🏼 20 minutes of exercise

I like to think this has contributed to a lot of my success!

Winners don’t fear rejection

I personally deal with rejection by continuously ASKING.

Someone out there is waiting for you and your ideas!

You probably heard this before: It is simply a numbers game. You just have to keep asking until you get a big, enthusiastic “YES!”

Now, if you learn to LISTEN to the other, you can ask questions that are meaningful to others, and chances are you will get that “YES” quicker and easier.

However, if you don’t ask, you’ll never know the answer. And sometimes, you will get a “NO”…

Winners learn from their failures

Take time to reflect after major failures, or go back and reflect on failures you had in the past.

These are just a few questions you should ask yourself so you can learn from them instead of being paralyzed or held back by them so you can move forward with confidence.

And don’t forget to journal – it’s amazing what you can learn by writing things down as you may gain another perspective of your failures – and a new perspective can help you grow even more πŸ˜‰

The problem with our lack of ability to handle failure in life is that it will make success so much harder to achieve.

However, having the mindset that failures can give us the opportunity to search for better alternatives and grow from them, few things will hold you back. 🌱

Winners are conscious about their happy and joyous moments

Do you spend time each day smiling & laughing? Do you purposefully find happy things to smile and laugh about?

You see… When you laugh, you release happy hormones called oxytocin and endorphins.

These are hormones that uplift us as we share experiences with others. And know this; even just making yourself smile will put you in a better state of happiness!

Smile every day! Laugh every day! That happy and joyous feeling is far better than money…

Yes, money can pay your bills or buy you whatever you want, but if you can’t be happy and joyous without money, chances are you can’t have that with an abundance of money πŸ˜‰

So, become consciously aware of what triggers those wonderful, happy, and joyous moments in your life, and make sure to make a note of them in your journal to remind you what they are on cloudy days πŸ˜‰
